Силиконовый коврик De Buyer 4931.58N предназначен для выпечки хлебобулочных изделий и работы с карамелью, а также применяется как подложка для обычного и глубокого замораживания в пекарнях и кондитерских, на предприятиях пищевой промышленности и общественного питания. Аксессуар пропитан пищевым силиконом, который делает его полностью антипригарным. Он заменяет пергамент и в среднем может использоваться для выпечки 1000 раз. Моется губкой с горячей водой.
