Гастроемкость Luxstahl 811-8 предназначена для приготовления различных блюд, выпечки хлебобулочных и кондитерских изделий в пароконвектоматах и конвекционных печах, использования в качестве емкости для теста в расстоечных шкафах, демонстрации и кратковременного хранения блюд на линиях раздачи, глубокой заморозки, охлаждения и последующего хранения продуктов, полуфабрикатов и мороженого в различном холодильном оборудовании, а также для транспортировки продуктов.
